The trip between Paris (Eiffel Tower) and the Palace of Versailles takes about 45 minutes each way.
Seats for the transfer Versailles Express are limited. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase your ticket in advance, at least 24 hours before your departure.
The gratuity assigned to children under 6 or 9 years does not apply to groups. In addition, children younger than 6 or 9 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
Versailles Express coaches are not equipped for the transport of disabled people. However, we can help you find a solution adapted to your needs, please contact our team +33(0) 6 03 23 70 55 (minimum 48h before your trip).
The Versailles Express service operates daily except: Monday, 1st January , 1st May, 25th December and exceptional events.
The domain of Versailles is free on the first Sunday of every month from November to March. On these days, you just have to purchase the ticket for the transfer Paris-Versailles (round trip). Check here the complete list of exemptions.
The Palace is open daily, except on Monday, some public holidays and during official ceremonies. HIGH SEASON*: 9am. - 6.30pm., last admission at 6pm. LOW SEASON**: 9am. - 5.30pm., last admission at 5pm. The gardens are open daily from 8am. - 8.30pm., in high season and from 8am. - 6.00pm., in low season.

If you are under 18 years you get free access to the palace, go straight to the entrance A (with your ID card).
The presentation of the electronic ticket on a smart phone is allowed, on condition that the bar code is legible. Only the voucher for the mini train service is mandatory in hard copy.
